Nick Searle Related Argent
The keynote speaker for the evening was Nick Searl RIBA, an Executive Director of property developer Related Argent, the joint venture between UK developer Argent and the US’s largest private real estate company, Related.
Nick, who joined Argent in 2007, became a Partner in 2012 and served as Managing Partner from 2020 until April 2024. He spent almost a decade working on the King’s Cross regeneration, where he led the commercial office team, before taking a leading role in the delivery of the 10 million sq ft Brent Cross Town development in north London. Between 2014 and 2022, he also chaired Club Peloton, a multi-day cycling charity that raises funds for disadvantaged children.
