Tuesday 21st February 2017 – House of Commons Event – Taoiseach Enda Kenny TD
February 21 @ 6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
The Directors of TLICN are delighted to announce that our next event will be held on Tuesday 21st February at The House of Commons. The evening will commence with a reception followed by a discussion relating to the topic of “Navigating Brexit”.
Our thanks go once again to Dr Alasdair McDonnell, SDLP MP for Belfast South, for kindly sponsoring this very special and enjoyable event.
The conversation regarding the UK’s exit from Europe is a very interesting one, especially it’s impact and the implications for Ireland.
Therefore, we are both honoured and delighted to announce that our keynote speaker for the evening will be Taoiseach, Enda Kenny TD.
Mr Kenny has represented the people of Mayo since 1975 and has been Leader of Fine Gael since June 2002. He was re-elected for a 2nd term as Taoiseach in May 2016 and is the longest serving TD in the house.
Our evening will commence at 7pm but we would advise that you arrive before 6.30pm in order to clear security. Following confirmation of your reservation, an official invite will be sent a few days before the event. The official invitation must be brought along on the night along with some photo ID. The evening will finish at 10.30pm prompt.
Please note, numbers for this event are restricted and we expect demand to be high. This event is available to TLICN Members only.
